HI JOY, I GAVE UP MY SMALL JOB ALSO. I WAS ONLY THERE A SHORT TIME 6 MONTHS {RITE AID PHARMACY} I USED TO BE DUE FOR MEDS AROUND 3PM AND ID GET WEEPY IF I DIDNT TAKE THEM ON TIME. MY TRAMADOL. IM ON WORKS OK BUT BUT I STILL FEEL PAIN THE LYRICA I DONT WORK WITHOUT IT. BUT ONE THINGS FOR SURE IM FINALLY NOT CRYING EVERY MINUTE THANKS FOR TALKING TO ME. HUGS LINDAThanks for dropping me a line. Where in England do you live? Have you tried to find a support group in your area. I found one in my area and it really helps to have people to share with. People who understand what your going through. Through this support group I actually found someone right here in my village that has fibro and chronic fatigue too. We have become friends and have been great support for each other'
I take Tramadol for my pain and for now it works great with no side effects. I am coping pretty well and I just hope it continues. Winter's are always so hard on me. By the way I am an american married to an englishman. I have been here about 6 years now and love living here.
Well take care and I look forward to getting to know you better.
Kitty
My day hasn't been too bad looking after my 9 yr old she has to go for an MRI tomorrow my fingers crossed she'll be ok.
I've got to the stage of not putting my washing out, I think the clouds just wait til I've filled my line, then just laugh when I rush to fetch them in out of the rain.lol
It's done nothing but rain here today i like to watch it so long as it doesnt cause any damage, the wind has settled a little, not raining at the moment just hope it holds off as they turn the Christmas lights on tonight in town, I promised I'd take the girls so not really something I can get out off if I wanted to.
I have day's where I feel good and decide to do brilliant things and then realize how much i regret it the next day or two, but I never learn.
Well enjoy your evening, my girls say we have to go now.
Take care.
Joy.
Thanks for the add on facebook. I'm sure we'll have some fun there with the games etc. Hows your day.
Its so windy here. I love watching it and listening to it but then when I see the news its really quite scary. We havent had much rain - in fact it only started when I went out to hang the washing out - lol.
Hows the weather with you today.
have spent all day trying to blitz the house - I know I'll pay for it but it was just bugging me so much. I try to do little and often most of the time.
Wishing you a wonderful 'rest of the day'.
Janette
I havent been on here for a while - the cold left with me with a dreadful cough and everything felt awful.
How has your week been. I totally understand when you say you feel as if no-one understands. My eldest daughter will be 18 next week and often if I cant do something she wants to or perhaps react to something I'm told' oh its fibro' in quite a sarcastic tone at times.
The damp weather doesnt help much wither but never mind.
I'm sorry you're not finding any organisations down your way. The trouble with invisible illnesses is often the support is invisible too.
Take care my friend and remember you have us online who understand and sympathise.
Janette

I suffer from fibromyalgia and also arthritis. I am in Northamptonshire. Although we are not that close we are both UK. I have been trying to find support groups in my area - maybe there are some near you.
Hope you are having a relatively painfree week. I am suffering from a terrible cold and cough at the moment which doesnt help at all but never mind - hopefully this will pass soon.
Blessings
Janette
