I am writing some new rules to live by. I think it is the estrogen patch or the new doses of dopamine they are giving me (Can you believe I wasn't crazy enough - LOL -- it is for nerve damage and it works, but it also helps with the thinking clearly. Now I am so into thinking, planning and writing, so y'all hold onto your britches!)

There will be more. But these are a few I have come up with, in no proficient order yet:

1) The word negative has a meaning, and I will use the word negative when I feel something negative in my life. "Do you want me to go with you?" "Negative." "How about that ride into town?" "Negative." "Don't you need me for this adoption?" "Negative." And on and on.

2) When I don't know, I have to defer.

3) I am tolerant of other people's choices for their lives. I am not tolerant of other people's choices for mine.

4)If I paid you, I can fire you. (What contract? Is my name on a check -- then I can fire you. Simple logic.)

5) What is, is. I can change it, or I can leave it alone. My choice.

6) Goes with 5 -- Just cause it is broke, don't make me the fixer. (You have to be Southern to get that one, but y'all know what I mean)

I am going to come up with ten soon.
