The EEG came back ok for the temperal lobe, which is where the trouble was before so they have cut back on the new tablet, which is for the Fibro, but can cause seizures. So while my body ajusts to this, I am in more pain again and cant concentrate for very long! So if you want to IM me, check the one at the bottom and see if I am there. Most days I am in the garden or playing with pets. It takes my mind off the pain for a while. I love you all and really appreciate the comments that have been left on my page! You guys are great!!! I am hoping that I will make the trip for him one day! But he now has a birds eye veiw of the places he only dreampt of! I pray you are all doing well! Do YOU have.... LUPUS ~ Fibromyalgia ~ CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) ~ Migraines ~other? OR are you here supporting someone?

I have systemic lupus, lupus nephritis, multiple joint replacements. I've been in chronic, horrible pain since age 17 and at times it interferes with my quality and enjoyment of life.....ouch!!!

QUESTIONS & FEARS??(Although some read other member pages, questions are best to be entered and type in the FORUM :)

Many, many fears. Some probably unreasonable!!! I am a tad high strung and have panic/anxiety attacks...........Dying alone, ending up on dialysis, having a stroke from my high blood pressure. And I have lived in pain since age 17 which only worsened with each joint replacement and chronic steroid use over the years. So I fear never knowing what it's like to live without pain !! I'd love one pain free day....without meds. Just one!!!

Favorite pastimes? (You may want to share in GROUPS!! :)

I love animals...all animals. Have several critters of my own. I like to read, cross-stitch, crotchet, beading and just relax and hang out, chat with friends and loved ones.
Did I mention I love all animals???
My favorite saying is by a fella named Schopenhauer~~~~~~~~~
" Comapssion towards animals is bound up with goodness of character.
Whoever is cruel to them cannot be good to men." ( I love this quote! )

On a lighter note~~~ I do have good sense of humor..... I love a good laugh or joke any time!!! I enjoy meeting new people, a good movie,music and thunder storms...just to name a few.

Do you find this site helpful from what you have seen on the main page and anywhere else you may have looked at? Any suggestions or ideas?
