Getting sicker than I already am...losing more friends to lupus who I have become so close with. My husband losing his job and having no insurance or house. Any harm coming to my son or any of my family for that matter!

Favorite pastimes? (You may want to share in GROUPS!! :)

I've become a myspace addict! lol However, I have met some awesome people there who I consider true friends. I need them and I think many of them need me too so I'm glad to have found them :)
I love music, all kinds of it but especially harder rock. My hubby and I used to go to live concerts ALL the time, but my last one was a few years ago as I can't stand or even sit too long anymore. I like to play Texas Holdem, Rumicube, Scrabble, puzzle and word computer games.

Do you find this site helpful from what you have seen on the main page and anywhere else you may have looked at? Any suggestions or ideas?

My Kidney Biopsy Results

First let me thank all of you once again for your prayers and support during my crazy month of lupus struggles! You guys know more of what it feels like than my family could ever understand and I'm so thankful to have met all of you :)

This friday is biopsy day :(

I have to have a kidney biopsy this coming Friday morning. I've decided that while I wait for results, I will have the following attitude that is in this poem. A prayer or two would help too :) Thanks, Jayne

Want you guys to know....

The second song on my playlist, "In Loving Memory" by Alter Bridge was written by Mark Tremonti who is the guitarist for the band. His mom passed away from LUPUS a few years ago and he wrote this song about her. He used to be in the band "creed" if any of you know about them, he's from Chicago and I love him! ANyway, just thought I'd share that piece of news. Its a absolutely beautiful and touching song!

I'm going nuts!!!!

As most of you know I've been dealing with hives everyday for 3 months or so! YES, they are annoying but the past week they have gotten worse and worse and I think I'm literally going crazy!!!!! They are all over the back of my legs the worst, my arms, my stomach, my scalp, my ears and now the palm of my hand too. I had mine done and confirmed lymphadopathy in legt linguinal.
Still haveing extensive night sweats, tiredness and feel sick.
However, my bloods came back pretty good, so rheumatologist has decided to be conservative and not biopsy yet, take more prednisone and wait for a month and review.
Must say not sure if this is a good thing or whether i should insist on biopsy now to be safe!!
