Yes as stupid as it may sound, saying the word lupus or explaining it to a date is like a bad word its almost like they think it is a std! So yes I am more afraid of being alone then dying from this nuisance of a disease.

So I know despite all of the horrific things that can be accompanied with lupus that what I am going to write about is very trivial; however I have noone to talk about it with. Finally!! Something that works.....I must share....

Hi Everyone;

Just thought I would share something that has finally worked for me and is healthy!!! So after gaining around a total of 75 pounds at my heaviest due to steroids, and just being miserable with Lupus, I have finally found a lifestyle diet change that is working! I recently have cut all wheat products and sugar from my diet and so far have lost 15 pounds.
