skin problems,discoid lupus

Hey all,yes i have had problems with this discoid lupus on my feet,had problems,a while with it ,long before i was told i had lupus,i thought at the time it was due to being on my feet all the time at work,not the case. It was from the lupus.I've not worked now in three years,and i still have problems,grant not as bad,but none the less ,problem still there.I realize this may sound off the wall to some,but its the one thing i've found that seems to work the best,its found at the feed and seed store,yea, thats right.Being from the country,old school so to speak, has a lot of hidden blessings.This is something that my mother inlaw found,cause i had made the statement one day,about using utter balm from the feed and seed back home,when i was carring my kids,and i had no marks at all,after child birth,so she said well, lets go see what they have for maybe this.She had alreadt bought me another kind before this,but when we came accross this,i tried it,its great.Its real thick,and what you need to do is get a pair of real thin socks, rub BALM all over your feet,then put socks on,wear to bed,take off in the morning,now i don't know about putting it any where else on the body,but by all means check with your doctor first,before putting it anywhere on your body cause what works for me,may not be a good idea for you,but the name of it is (Bag Balm),it has a picture of red berry's on the the top of a small green tin can.Read the can, if doc. say's its ok and he should,its all natural.Try it,hope this helps you.It's been great for my feet...note it will turn your socks black,and your feet as well,your feet will clean,but you won't get it out of your socks so easy,so don't use a pair you really like...Its well worth it and only cost about eight to ten dollars and goes a long way.Good Luck...Texaspigtails
