Pain in my upper back, shoulders, and neck

Can someone please help me I am getting horrible pain in my upper back, shoulders, and neck. I have tried rubs, ice, and sleep. When I sleep especially on my side it gets worse and my arms go numb. I am in pain and its been like this for months. I am getting horrible cramps in my shoulders and neck help!! I also have bone spurs on my neck from when I cracked it. I am a mess does anyone have any ideas on how to get this to let up even a little bit.

Im having the same things you are I have been to a chiropractor and that seem to help some,I havent been in some time and the pain is now back!I have had this pain for almost a year now and still seeking help!If you get any ideeas I would like to know myself.

Oh Man that was me a year ago! I had had an injury as a child in the same spot and feel it makes me vulnerable to this day for that spot. Today it is not bothering me but when it does this is what I do...I move from the bed to a reclining chair where I am on my back and can't roll over. (I especially like the ones that are motorized and can bring you to a standing position) apply heat (icy hot patches) and ice (soft kind you refrigerate) every few hours and I sleep with a rolled up sheet under my neck instead of a pillow. This is the only thing that helps. It took me a year to find this solution. Good luck. I feel your pain. (pun intended)
