Lots of Pain

On the 25th of September I flew down to Florida with my youngest son to pick my up my brother, and bring him home to live with my husband and myself. He was on the job and on a ladder that was 30' in the air and he fell off, and suffered brain damage. He hasn't worked in 2 years, and he won't work again. He's child like but then the adult side comes out. I was all for him moving in, but I'm worried about how I'm going to be able to handle this with the Fibro and Ra. I'm in a lot of pain all of the time. The flight down and back from Florida was so hard on my body. I'm not sure I'm even over that. If anyone has any suggestions I would welcome them. I know being a care-giver isn't easy. I took care of my Mom the last 8 years of her life and she was bed bound. My brother walks with a cane and can do some things for himself. He always tries to help when he can. It feels as if I'm teaching him things again. Thanks again in advance if anyone has some suggestions to help me keep going.
